1. Returns

You have **14 days from the date of delivery** to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

* The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
* The item must be in its original packaging
* Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, the following items cannot be returned:

* Custom or made-to-order products
* Personalized or bespoke items
* Items on sale or discounted (unless defective)

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

* We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
* If approved, your refund will be processed within **5–10 business days**
* Refunds will be issued to your original payment method

4. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

* Defective
* Damaged during shipping

5. Return Shipping

* Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
* Shipping costs are non-refundable
* We recommend using a tracked shipping service

 6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

* Check your bank account again
* Contact your credit card company (processing time may vary)
* Contact your bank

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

* Contact us within **48 hours of delivery**
* Provide photos of the product and packaging

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be canceled within **12 hours of purchase**.

After this period, your order may already be processed or shipped.
